Winterland has now closed for 2021/22 - we would like to thank all of our customers for your support and we look forward to seeing you all again soon
Our opening times are as follows:
Entry is £3 per person. Children under 18 months can enter for free but require a free ticket at the point of booking.
Yes, you will still need to queue on arrival. All visitors
will be admitted on a first come first served basis at a slow pace to avoid
congestion inside the venue. Please note that other members of your party
cannot queue on your behalf.
You must be at least 16 years old to enter Winterland unless you are accompanied by an adult. Our security may ask for a valid form of ID if you attempt to enter without an adult, this should be either a passport, provisional driving license or another form of Government issued ID. Please note, photographs of ID are not considered valid.
If you book your admission online before you visit, you will
be guaranteed entry. There are a small number of tickets available on the day, however, we advise you to arrive as early as possible to avoid
disappointment.
Entry is valid for the duration of the time we are open for
that particular day (see our opening times in the footer for more information).
We are located at Bluewater in Kent - the postcode is DA9 9ST
Tokens can be bought individually for £1.20 on the day or we
have offers of 25 tokens for £20 for online, advance bookings (min 24hrs before your visit). Booking online is the cheapest way to
purchase tokens.
Rides range from 2-5 tokens. Child/Family rides are
typically 2-3 tokens while the more extreme adult rides are slightly more.
Tokens bought online are for ride use only.
Tokens bought at the venue can be used on rides,
food and games. Tokens bought online are for the rides only.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on tokens. However,
they are valid throughout the duration of the event and can be used on another
day.
Our rides are restricted by height regulations. We always
recommend customers to check height restrictions before purchasing tokens for a
particular ride.
Our event is entirely outdoors, so we may need to take certain precautions when adverse weather could affect the safe operation of some attractions. For example, strong winds might require the closure of some attractions. This can happen at short notice, and we regret any inconvenience caused as the safety of our guests and staff is our top priority.
Although we rarely close, we advise all customers to check our social media pages for any announcements regarding closures.
Unfortunately not.
You can use your debit/credit card to purchase
ride tokens and pay for your entrance. Also some of our attractions and food outlet accepts cards.
We accept all debit/credit cards except American Express.

centre. However, please be advised that we cannot permit any glassware, knifes
